By leveraging modern building codes, retro-commissioning practices, and cross-functional teamwork, a more effective “game plan” can be developed.
With its extensive knowledge and resources, ASHRAE plays a key role in supporting this vision—focusing on technical guidance, codes, and collaboration. Although challenges remain, the path forward lies in working together, embracing new approaches, and building stronger partnerships to achieve sustainable and resilient outcomes.

Installation of ASHRAE Bangladesh Chapter Executive Committee (2026–27)
The Installation Ceremony of the ASHRAE Bangladesh Chapter Executive Committee for the Society Year 2026–27 was held on Saturday, 18th July 2026, at Grand Lounge Restaurant, Dhaka.
During the program, the newly elected committee members took their oath, and the outgoing committee formally handed over responsibilities. The event marked a smooth transition of leadership and the beginning of a new term for the chapter.
